Career pathways are sets of courses geared towards building your skills in a dedicated field such as security, healthcare, fire safety or traffic control. Ontario Security Guard Pathway
For security guard trainees that need to complete their Security Guard and Emergency First Aid & CPR level C training (valid for three years).
Our comprehensive training program will prepare you for your new career as a security guard. After taking this training you will be prepared to write the official ministry security guard exam.

General Security Pathway
Our security pathway is a series of supplemental courses designed to level up your skills as a security guard and help you on your way towards mastery. This pathway will teach you how to perform patdowns/body searches, de-escalate confrontation, how to face clients, perform citizen arrests and more!
Traffic Control Pathway
Learn the basics of traffic control and take your skills to the next level with our introductory and advanced courses. Over the span of these two courses we arm you with the skills you need to control traffic.
Fire Safety Pathway
This pathway includes our fire alarm training suite and portable fire extinguisher training. Learn the fundamentals of fire alarms with our introductory course and cement your mastery with the advanced course. Our portable fire extinguisher course rounds out the pathway to complete your understanding of fire safety.
